Compulsory insurance for damage caused by catastrophic events and natural disasters

Confindustria organised, together with theANIA, a seminar dedicated to explaining the details of the obligation for companies, introduced by the Budget Law for 2024, to insure themselves against the damage resulting from natural disasters and catastrophic events.

The seminar, in addition to tracing the reference legislation and the additional corrections made during the process of converting DL 39/2025 into law (which recently extended the entry into force of the obligation), will be an opportunity to examine in depth operational aspects.

The meeting will take place in hybrid modein the presence of Confindustria and remotely.
