With Notice No. 2/2025 'Interventi relativi al sistema delle Politiche Attive del Lavoro a favore di disoccupati e/o inoccupati', Fondimpresa finances the implementation of training plans aimed at the acquisition of skills and competences that foster the professional growth and employability of workers (unemployed and unemployable).

The interprofessional fund of Confindustria, CGIL, CISL and UIL provides a budget of EUR 20 million. Applications must be received from 21 May, and until resources are exhausted, by 31 December 2025.

Only companies that are enrolled in Fondimpresa on the date the application is submitted and that need to recruit new professional figures with profiles that are difficult to find can apply for funding and implement the training plan.
