The Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 of Confindustria defines a structured system of procedures, controls and responsibilities aimed at sensitising all those who work for Confindustria towards correct and transparent behaviour.

The Model includes elements such as the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Disciplinary System and the creation of a Supervisory Board (SB) with the task of supervising and updating the Model.
