The meetings take place directly at school and are led by <strong>entrepreneurs of the Education Commission of Confindustria Vicenza<\/strong>in collaboration with <strong>Federmanager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to bring real-life experience into the classroom: how a business idea is born, how a company is built, what functions and roles make it up and what tools are needed to manage it and measure its results. An important focus is also on orientation: getting to know the different business professions helps students to link interests and aptitudes to possible study paths and future opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The project consists of <strong>two 2-hour modules<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Module 1<\/strong>Guided overview of enterprise creation and management, from planning and control to organisational structure and social impact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 2<\/strong>: practical workshop on planning elements, using a <strong>business plan<\/strong> applied to a case close to the interests of the class.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In summary, Impresa! makes entrepreneurship education more lively and understandable by bringing schools, managers and companies into dialogue.<\/p>\n<h3>Insights<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.confindustria.vicenza.it\/education\/area-scuola\/impresa\">https:\/\/www.confindustria.vicenza.it\/education\/area-scuola\/impresa<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Impresa! \u00e8 un progetto pensato per gli studenti di 3\u00aa e 4\u00aa superiore per farli riflettere, in modo concreto, su come si prendono le decisioni in azienda: strategie, motivazioni, valori della cultura d\u2019impresa e ruolo economico-sociale dell\u2019impresa nel territorio.
