{"id":24000,"date":"2026-04-07T12:06:46","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T10:06:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/?post_type=progetto-dettaglio&#038;p=24000"},"modified":"2026-04-07T12:08:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T10:08:36","slug":"campus-its-pharma-academy","status":"publish","type":"progetto-dettaglio","link":"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/en\/project-detail\/campus-its-pharma-academy\/","title":{"rendered":"Campus Its Pharma Academy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The ITS Pharma Academy Campus was born out of the collaboration between the ITS Academy Foundation for New Life Technologies in Rome and Farmindustria, launched with a Memorandum of Understanding in 2019, with a clear objective: to reduce the mismatch between the skills required by pharmaceutical companies and the technical profiles available.<\/p>\n<p>The model works because companies are not \u201cguests\u201d, but an active part of the course: vocational needs are identified together, teaching plans are co-designed and the organisation reflects the dynamics of the world of production. The two-year courses focus on <em>learning by doing<\/em>4 semesters for a total of 1800 hours, with 900 hours of in-company training, to enter the department with already spendable skills.<\/p>\n<p>Inaugurated in 2023, the Campus is a residential hub that <strong>concentrates classrooms, laboratories, services and spaces for projects and start-ups in one place<\/strong>, making the orientation more concrete and the learning experience more immersive.
