E-Racing Bergamo<\/strong> is the project that takes innovation out of the classroom and into a real laboratory of the future. The goal is the creation of an electric single-seater, designed and built by around 60 students aged between 19 and 25 from the University of Bergamo, guided by passionate lecturers and supported by Confindustria Bergamo and local companies. It is a true laboratory of the future that rewards ingenuity, design and team spirit. More than 20 companies contributed materials, technologies and expertise, strengthening the link between the university and the production world.<\/p>\n

After months of design, testing and workshop work, the team faces real challenges that allow the young people to develop technical, management and soft skills that are immediately spendable in the world of work. The project fosters mutual acquaintance between young professionals and companies in order to initiate new collaborations in the future. In addition to the collaboration between students and companies in the realisation of the single-seater, the innovativeness of the project concerns the organisation of E-Racing itself, which is configured as a real company, with functions, roles and behaviour typical of a real company. Students thus have the opportunity to \u201ctrain\u201d for the world of work, facing real challenges and problems and bringing into play technical and transversal skills. The companies, on the other hand, experience a new way of interacting with the young people, working alongside them and seeing them in action on a project that strongly motivates them. This project is part of a new type of collaboration with the University of Bergamo that sees students at the centre.<\/p>\n
