The Centro Studi Confindustria (CSC) was founded with Confindustria to foster dialogue between industrialists and workers. In the 1920s it launched the first sectoral economic analyses, while since 1944 the Studies Office has been producing research on economics, finance and labour.<\/span><\/p>\n

Institutionalised in 1970 thanks to Angelo Costa, the CSC became a centre of excellence under Guido Carli (1976-1980), specialising in macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. Confindustria developed an advanced econometric model in those years, collaborating with international institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, the CSC continues to support Confindustria with strategic analyses and, in 2016, was recognised as an economic research body by Eurostat, the first case in Europe for a business organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The study of industrial trends<\/strong> analyses the transformation of production sectors and territories, providing useful data for defining industrial policy strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, the evaluation of economic policies<\/strong> measures the effectiveness of public interventions through ex-ante and ex-post analyses, providing concrete bases for strategic decisions and for improving the country's growth and welfare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il Centro Studi Confindustria (CSC) nasce con Confindustria per favorire il dialogo tra industriali e operai. Negli anni \u201920 avvia le prime analisi economiche settoriali, mentre dal 1944 l\u2019Ufficio Studi produce ricerche su economia, finanza e lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Istituzionalizzato nel 1970 grazie ad Angelo Costa, il CSC diventa un centro di eccellenza sotto Guido Carli (1976-1980), specializzandosi in analisi macroeconomiche e previsioni. Confindustria sviluppa in quegli anni un modello econometrico avanzato, collaborando con istituzioni internazionali.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il Centro Studi Confindustria (CSC) nasce con Confindustria per favorire il dialogo tra industriali e operai. Negli anni \u201920 avvia le prime analisi economiche settoriali, mentre dal 1944 l\u2019Ufficio Studi produce ricerche su economia, finanza e lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Istituzionalizzato nel 1970 grazie ad Angelo Costa, il CSC diventa un centro di eccellenza sotto Guido Carli (1976-1980), specializzandosi in analisi macroeconomiche e previsioni. Confindustria sviluppa in quegli anni un modello econometrico avanzato, collaborando con istituzioni internazionali.<\/span><\/p>\n
