It welcomes delegations, organises meetings and proposes contents that recall cultural identity, design and production capacity. For the Milan-Cortina 2026 edition, the project is developed around the theme <em>\u201cMuse\u201d,<\/em> a reference to the Italian cultural tradition and the link between artistic expression and sport.<\/p>\n<p>The activities are distributed between <strong>Milan, Cortina d'Ampezzo and Livigno<\/strong>with the <strong>Milan Triennale<\/strong>or as a central point and the other locations involved in the reception and communication programme.<\/p>\n<p>At each venue there will be initiatives for guests, media and visitors, together with exhibition moments dedicated to Italian creativity and manufacturing.<\/p>\n<h2>The dialogue between sport and the production system<\/h2>\n<p>The collaboration stems from a <strong>closeness of approach between sport and industry<\/strong>, both oriented towards the quality of the result, the ability to innovate and rootedness in the territories. The presence of Confindustria within Casa Italia inserts <strong>the tale of Italian enterprise in the international setting of the Games<\/strong>, highlighting the link between major events and economic dynamics.<\/p>\n<h2>Comparison of the sport and mountain economy<\/h2>\n<p>The collaboration was first realised in the i<a href=\"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/en\/events\/presentation-of-the-new-issue-of-the-economic-policy-magazine\/\">nitiative promoted by Confindustria on 17 February at the Milan Triennale<\/a>, dedicated to the theme \u201cMilan Cortina 2026: the economy of sport and the mountains\u201d, an opportunity to present the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/en\/magazine\/milan-cortina-five-circle-sport-and-mountain-economy\/\">new number<\/a> of <strong>Journal of Economic Policy<\/strong> realised in cooperation with the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo e Culturale.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting offered an opportunity for analysis and discussion on the economic, territorial and social impact of major sporting events, with particular attention to the role of the <strong>sport as a driver of development<\/strong>, opportunities for mountain territories and the contribution of the production and financial system.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of Milan-Cortina 2026, Confindustria will become a partner of Casa Italia, the country's representative space during the Games.
