Confindustria<\/strong> and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy<\/strong> join forces to strengthen active labour policies and foster social inclusion in Italy. During theEducation and Open Innovation Forum of Ortigia<\/a><\/strong>the President of Confindustria, Emanuele Orsini,<\/strong> and the Minister, Marina Elvira Calderone,<\/strong> have signed a Memorandum of Understanding<\/strong> for the development and enhancement of Social and Labour Inclusion Information System (SIISL)<\/strong>the national platform connecting citizens, businesses and institutions.<\/p>\n

Objective: a more efficient and inclusive labour marketplace<\/h3>\n

The Protocol aims to make the SIISL<\/strong> more performing and complete, integrating new digital services and functionalities. The platform, created by the Ministry of Labour and accessible through the INPS portal, represents a real national labour marketplace<\/strong>a meeting point between supply and demand that promotes innovative digital tools to foster employment and growth in the country.<\/p>\n

The role of Confindustria in the project<\/h3>\n

By signing the agreement, Confindustria commits itself to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • contribute to the network of bodies facilitating the matching of labour supply and demand;<\/li>\n
  • accept applications and proposals from the SIISL;<\/li>\n
  • participate in training, traineeship and work placement programmes related to inclusion pathways;<\/li>\n
  • promote awareness and use of the platform among member companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For Confindustria<\/strong>the SIISL is a strategic tool to bring jobseekers closer to the opportunities offered by companies, strengthening public-private collaboration in active policies and social inclusion.<\/p>\n

    'Joining the protocol represents a concrete commitment to make the link between the beneficiaries of the inclusion measures and the productive world more effective,' Confindustria stressed.<\/p>\n

    What is SIISL and how it works<\/h3>\n

    The SIISL<\/strong> (Information System for Social and Labour Inclusion) is the Ministry of Labour's digital platform that coordinates active and inclusion policies in Italy.
    \nThrough the portal, citizens can:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \u00a0enter your details and fill in your CV;<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0declare willingness to work or undergo training;<\/li>\n
    • sign online the activation agreements to start the inclusion process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The system networks job centres, employment agencies, training providers and social services, allowing for an integrated and customised management of job placement pathways.<\/p>\n

      What is the Digital Activation Pact (DAP)<\/h3>\n

      The Digital Activation Pact (DAP)<\/strong> is the agreement that the citizen signs directly on the SIISL to access support measures such as the Inclusion Allowance (ADI<\/strong>). By signing the PAD, the person:<\/p>\n

      • declares readiness to participate in work or training;<\/li>\n
      • authorises the sharing of their data with the entities involved;<\/li>\n
      • undertakes to appear at the scheduled interviews and convocations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
