The meeting, entrusted to qualified legal experts, intends to offer an up-to-date overview of the legal and operational context with particular attention to the possible consequences for companies and to the evaluation of the conditions for proceeding, if the prerequisites are met, with the request for reimbursement of the duties paid.<\/p>\n
