However, the sustainability requirements of financial regulation and supervisory expectations remain in place, requiring banks to assess risks <strong>ESG<\/strong> of all client companies.<\/p>\n<p>The political agreement on the dossier was voted by the plenary of the <strong>Parliament<\/strong> 16 December 2025, following the agreement reached between Parliament and the Council on 8 and 9 December.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives of the meeting<\/h2>\n<p>The meeting aims to explore:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the purposes of the Omnibus I package;<\/li>\n<li>the main contents of the new provisions;<\/li>\n<li>the resulting operational implications for the production system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Confindustria organises the webinar \u201cOmnibus I: towards a new model of regulatory simplification on sustainable finance\u201d, dedicated to the analysis of the Omnibus I package, which represents a significant step in the path of simplification of the European regulatory framework on sustainable finance.
