Next 2 December<\/strong>at the auditorium of the Technical Confindustria<\/strong>, the final day of the Next Generation Days 2025<\/strong>. This is the final moment of the annual course dedicated to young talents from member companies to the Advisory Board of Foreign Investors (ABIE).<\/strong><\/p>\n

What are Next Gen Days<\/h2>\n

I Next Gen Days<\/strong> are a multi-year programme designed to enhance the professional and leadership skills of the new corporate generation through training days, discussions with business leaders and networking activities between colleagues from different realities.<\/p>\n

Along the way, participants face key cross-cutting themes in the contemporary world of work<\/strong> - leadership, sustainability, business management and manufacturing - and work on project work sessions that allow them to put the knowledge and tools they have learnt into practice.<\/p>\n

The event on 2 December<\/h2>\n
