XXIV Enterprise Culture Week National Event - 21 November 2025<\/h2>\n

La National Open Day 2025<\/strong> is the novelty of the 24th Enterprise Culture Week<\/strong> promoted by Confindustria and Museimpresa<\/strong>. Conceived as a large widespread event, the aim is twofold: to put the companies of the System at the centre and to celebrate Italian enterprise through the people, ideas and places where value is generated on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

This appointment is a symbolic and concrete moment in which Italian companies open their doors to the territories, strengthening existing ties and building new opportunities for meeting and dialogue.<\/p>\n

Intrapreneurship in the spotlight: Poggipolini, icon of innovation<\/h3>\n

The 2025 edition starts with Poggipolini<\/strong>a company of excellence in the aerospace and automotive sector and a true emblem of innovation, technology and deep-rooted corporate culture<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hosting the national day in such a representative location means enhancing the beating heart of Italian manufacturing: the extraordinary ability to experiment, innovate business models, invest in the future and look far into the future, while maintaining strong ties with the territory.<\/p>\n

The central theme: open and connected enterprises<\/h3>\n

La National Open Day 2025<\/strong>at the urging of the Technical Group for Corporate Culture of Confindustria,<\/strong> fits perfectly into the value framework of the Enterprise Culture Week<\/strong>, entirely dedicated to the theme: 'Telling Entrepreneurship. To make open and connected enterprises grow'.<\/p>\n

Entrepreneurship is the common thread linking all initiatives<\/strong>It is not only the engine of change, but also the strategic key with which Italian companies are successfully tackling the current industrial, technological and social transitions.<\/p>\n
