Confindustria organises webinar 'Data Act: contents and compliance paths'.<\/em><\/strong>, which will be held on 14 October<\/strong> 2025<\/strong>, from 11.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Data Act<\/em> (EU Regulation 2023\/2854) introduces new rules for the exploitation of the data economy, with the aim of enhancing business innovation and competitiveness. The Regulation aims to ensure companies and users of related products and services the right to access the data generated by their use, as well as the switching<\/em>\u00a0of data between different cloud service providers.<\/p>\n

Formally entering into force in January 2024, most of the obligations under the Data Act became applicable on 12 September 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The aim of the meeting is to explore the main aspects of the Regulation and its implementation, with a focus on obligations and contractual models.<\/p>\n

\u00a0- Ettore Russo<\/strong>, Senior Policy Manager Artificial Intelligence, Digital Health, Skills and Open Innovation, Anitec-Assinform<\/em><\/p>\n

After the speeches, there will be a session of Q&A.<\/strong> In order to allow speakers to prepare themselves as well as possible, it is recommended that possible questions be submitted to the organisers in advance.<\/p>\n
