{"id":6585,"date":"2024-10-10T02:18:57","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T00:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portale-collaudo-app-swap-hud7fvd3dgesgzaa.westeurope-01.azurewebsites.net\/documenti\/pdl-rigenerazione-urbana\/"},"modified":"2025-05-25T19:38:47","modified_gmt":"2025-05-25T17:38:47","slug":"urban-regeneration-pdl","status":"publish","type":"documenti","link":"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/en\/documents\/urban-regeneration-pdl\/","title":{"rendered":"PdL Urban Regeneration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justify pt-30\">\n<p>    The Unified Text on Urban Regeneration represents a fundamental step towards the adoption of national legislation regulating, in a homogeneous way and respecting competences, the subject of Urban Regeneration and Soil Containment, in order to lay the foundations for a <strong>new model for defining and implementing Urban Regeneration projects<\/strong>based on multidisciplinarity and community participation, as well as sustainable transformation and innovation of urban realities.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important <strong>coordinate regulations uniformly at national level<\/strong> on issues considered fundamental, such as: new urban planning, the reuse of abandoned spaces, urban mobility, the recovery of historic centres, energy efficiency and decarbonisation, the completion of the integrated waste cycle and the circular economy, social sustainability and the right to live, maintaining the permeability of non-sealed soil, and the protection and enhancement of the ecosystem services provided by the soil.<\/p>\n<p>The new Unified Text addresses the issue of Urban Regeneration in a broad and organic manner, defining a <strong>governance system for cities<\/strong> and, at the same time, ensuring a scope of application extended to all urbanised areas. The interest in favouring the implementation of <strong>social housing<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Confindustria, in agreement with the Confederal System, considers it advisable to pay the utmost attention to the structuring of this legislation, both in view of its importance for our country and the concrete implications it will bring once adopted, in order to support <strong>streamlined procedures and processes<\/strong>that facilitate the implementation of Urban Regeneration investments.
