The new restriction packages against Russia (and Belarus), launched as of February 2022, have progressively taken on an unprecedented scope, requiring companies to adopt thorough due diligence procedures and necessary risk mitigation precautions. <\/p>\n
Since the early days of the crisis, in order to cope with the situation of uncertainty and to direct Associations and enterprises on the developments of the sanctioning framework, Confindustria has activated a Help Desk, accessible via web on the home page of the institutional website, through which analysis documents, update notes, indications on regulatory sources and other information material are retrieved and a direct assistance service to the system is provided, answering questions forwarded by Associations and enterprises.<\/p>\n
Approximately one year after its activation, a document is attached that takes stock of the work done, providing an analysis of the information and interpretative needs received by the system through the questions posed and summarising operational indications and useful tools for associations and companies to orient themselves in the current framework of sanctions. <\/p>\n
