This is consistent with the position previously outlined at the hearing on the draft legislative decree.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In general, the position paper expresses appreciation for the adoption of a policy strategy based on effective actions, definite timeframes for implementation and incisive interventions to boost investments, including those of the NRP, and for the transition from an \u201cAnti-Corruption Code\u201d to a \u201cCode of Doing\u201d aimed at the economic recovery of the country-system.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In terms of substance, the document points out that the new Code continues to lack an adequate differentiation between the world of works and that of services and supplies, which, instead, deserves specific attention.<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il 31 marzo 2023 \u00e8 stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale il Decreto Legislativo n. 36 del 2023 recante il nuovo Codice dei contratti pubblici.
