The proposal is in line with the established orientation of administrative practice and jurisprudence on the exclusion from TARI of areas where special waste is generated, which are removed from municipal ownership and disposed of through authorised private entities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The extension of the fixed TARI to industrial areas, on the basis of guidelines from the Supreme Court of Cassation referring to years preceding these clarifications, is of dubious legitimacy and in conflict with national and EU legislation.
