The guidelines provide companies with useful methodological indications for the elaboration of models, which represent an increasingly widespread organisational framework in our business fabric.<\/p>\n
The latest update covered both the general and special sections, with specific interventions on various topics.<\/p>\n
In the general part, the main novelties concern: the discipline of whistleblowing, the updates following the so-called Spazzacorrotti Law and the opportunity to enhance the integrated approach to whistleblowing.
