{"id":16183,"date":"2025-05-09T00:09:40","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T22:09:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/?post_type=documenti&#038;p=16183"},"modified":"2025-05-26T00:10:17","modified_gmt":"2025-05-25T22:10:17","slug":"ddl-artificial-intelligence-chamber","status":"publish","type":"documenti","link":"https:\/\/www.confindustria.it\/en\/documents\/ddl-artificial-intelligence-chamber\/","title":{"rendered":"DdL Artificial Intelligence - House"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Compared to the text prior to the Senate's approval on first reading, already commented on by Confindustria in a memorandum in September 2024, the bill 'Provisions and delegations to the government on artificial intelligence', now before the Chamber of Deputies on second reading, is more in line with EU Regulation 2024\/1689 (AI Act) and has received some\u00a0<strong>generally ameliorative changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, Confindustria welcomes the expansion in Article 8, which also allows the\u00a0<strong>private for-profit entities to process personal data in the health sector<\/strong>provided they collaborate with public or non-profit organisations, in projects for research and scientific experimentation in the realisation of artificial intelligence systems for healthcare purposes.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it notes the critical nature of Article 16, which delegates to the government the definition of a discipline for the<strong>training of AI systems<\/strong>as being excessively general in its aims and potentially contradictory to Article 3 of the same DdL.
