We have pointed this out on several occasions: energy has a decisive impact on the competitiveness of our companies, particularly in the energy-hungry and manufacturing sectors.<br \/>\nAt the same time, we must monitor that these measures do not affect the development of the Italian energy sector.<br \/>\nWe believe it is essential to continue working together with the government, including at the European level, so that the issue of ETS costs, which have a significant impact on the final price of energy, is tackled with determination. It is necessary to open a constructive debate with the European Union to ensure rules that accompany the transition without penalising the competitiveness of our industrial fabric.<br \/>\nThe decree goes in the direction of supporting businesses and represents an important step.
