More Europe for more competitiveness (CONFINDUSTRIA manifesto for the Barcelona Summit)

Il Lisbon Head of State and Governments set the target of making Europe the most dynamic, competitive and innovative knowledge based economic area in the world. EU set ambitious objectives and action plans, defining a detailed and precise work program to reach them. After two years since its beginning the results are disappointing and even the European commission talks about a "delivery gap". CONFINDUSTRIA contributes to the debate on how to re-launch the Lisbon Process and to spark European competitiveness.
